  • Track conversation counts for usage limits
  • Maintain secure, equitable system performance

4. Data Retention

  • Email and access code data are retained while your membership is active and for limited archival purposes related to billing and account verification.
  • Conversation counts reset each billing or access cycle.
  • No conversation content is stored, reviewed, or logged.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with any third parties.
Limited technical information (such as usage count) may be securely processed by our authentication provider for account tracking.

6. Security

All connections are encrypted, and system access is limited to authorized administrators for maintenance only.
